Summary

The Global Digital team at Benefit Cosmetics oversaw the marketing and ecommerce strategy and measurement for 40+ markets that Benefit distributed in. I developed the global ecommerce strategy, set country targets, built measurement infrastructures, and led replatform & automation to drive growth across global markets. Through alignment with key stakeholders in marketing, technology, product, and regional teams, we launched the first eyebrow virtual try-on in collaboration with Modiface — increasing conversion rate by 80% and securing our position as the No.1 eyebrow brand in the world.
