Summary
As consumers shifted from brick & mortar to digital, global brands were eager to establish and improve their digital presence from social media, search, mobile to ecommerce. This proved to be a challenge for many traditional organizations that lacked digital DNA. I provided consultation for executive leadership at global brands to guide their digital investment and roadmap development to drive greater ROI. I oversaw digital measurement, gap analysis and trend forecasting leveraging a proprietary measurement framework based on thousands of data points across ecommerce, digital marketing, social and mobile to deliver data driven insights.
When global brands in luxury, beauty, electronics, and CPG started looking for hyper growth in APAC and among Asian American consumers, I transitioned to lead APAC strategy consulting practice. I led consulting projects with marquee brands including L’Oreal, Shiseido, Estee Lauder, LVMH, P&G, Samsung to guide their strategic digital investment and create unique programs that would resonate with the APAC consumer.
